We arrive on-site with a fully styled floral bar complete with fresh focal flowers, filler blooms, and greenery. Each guest builds their own custom bouquet with guidance available if desired. Every guest leaves with a beautifully wrapped bouquet to take home.

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance for most events. Spring and fall dates fill quickly, and premium blooms may require additional lead time.

Yes — always. Many of our blooms are grown in our own home garden, and we prioritize sourcing from local and regional flower farms whenever possible. All flowers are harvested and hydrated for peak freshness before your event.

bsolutely. Every Bloom Bar is custom designed to align with your event’s color palette, season, and overall aesthetic. Whether you’re envisioning soft neutrals, bold jewel tones, romantic pastels, modern monochrome, or seasonal harvest colors—we curate the florals accordingly.

Bloom Bars are priced per guest based on your selected bouquet size. We can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. If your guest list changes, additional bouquets can be added prior to your event availability permitting

Yes. Select luxury blooms such as peonies, dahlias, and certain roses are available as premium upgrades when in season.

Yes. Your experience includes complete Bloom Bar setup and breakdown. Larger events may require an additional setup fee depending on scope, travel, and styling needs.

An on-site floral attendant is available as an optional add-on and is highly recommended for:

• Luxury experiences
   

They assist guests with bouquet building, flower care, and flow of the experience.

Yes. Events outside our standard service area may include a travel fee based on mileage and logistics.

Because we prioritize seasonal and locally sourced blooms, specific flower varieties cannot always be guaranteed. If substitutions are needed, we match the color, style, and quality level you selected.

To reserve your date:

2. Select your package and estimated guest count
    
3. Sign your service agreement
    
4. Pay your non-refundable retainer
    

The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

Yes. A minimum guest count applies depending on the package selected. This ensures a full and beautifully styled Bloom Bar experience.

We can accommodate as many people as you would like to add for each package.  Simply fill out the total number of guests on your inquiry, and we will get you an accurate total.
